The Department of Education has issued new federal Titte IX regulations that were to be effective August 1, 2024. However, as of June 27, 2024, the State of Wyoming is under a federal preliminary injunction to halt enforcement of the new regulation until such time that a trial can be held to determine the final outcome of the federal action.
