Have you ever felt overwhelmed or out of place in the weight room? Join the Johnson Fitness Center to learn all about the weight room and its equipment. During this hour, you will learn the proper technique and form for a number of exercises to build muscle strength and endurance as well as how to create a weightlifting program for yourself. Brunch will be provided. One Friday per month, the JFC will host an education session about different health and fitness topics. This event is free and open to the public.
