Citizens' Open Forum at the Board of Trustees Meeting (4-19)

Citizens’ Open Forum:

Public comments and feedback are welcome at the Citizens' Open Forum. If you wish to address the Board during the Citizens’ Open Forum portion of the meeting at 4 p.m. (please note, this is a different time than usual), please fill out the following form in advance at: nwc.edu/cof.

Attend the Meeting in Person in the Yellowstone Building Conference Center:

To ensure the health and safety of our guests as they visit campus, we will be complying with COVID-19 guidelines and recommendations. Face coverings will be required and social distancing protocols will be in place.

Join the Meeting via Zoom:

Before joining a Zoom meeting on a computer or mobile device, you can download the Zoom app from the Download Center. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click a join link.

OR

  • Open the Zoom desktop client and join following these steps:
    1. Sign in to Zoom then click Join.
    2. Enter the meeting ID number, 950 2757 4163, and your display name.
    3. The meeting password is 246988.
    4. Please enter your first and last name as your display name, so it can be accurately recorded in the meeting minutes.
    5. Select if you would like to connect audio and/or video and click Join.

Join the Meeting by phone:

  1. Dial (669) 900-6833 or (346) 248-7799. (If you dial a toll number, your carrier rates will apply.)
  2. You will be prompted to enter the meeting ID – 950 2757 4163, then press #.
  3. You will be prompted to enter your unique participant ID. Press # to skip.

Phone controls for participants

The following commands can be entered using your phone's dial pad while in a Zoom meeting:

*6 - Toggle mute/unmute

*9 - Raise hand

PLEASE NOTE: If you join the meeting via Zoom or by phone, you will automatically be muted as you enter the meeting. We request that you remain muted throughout the meeting unless you are addressing the Board during the Citizens’ Open Forum. Should you need to unmute, use the microphone button on the bottom left-hand side of the Zoom meeting screen or *6 by phone.
