Citizens’ Open Forum:
Should you wish to address the Board during the Citizens’ Open Forum portion of the meeting (5 p.m.), please fill out the Citizens’ Open Forum Request form at the door prior to the meeting (before 5 p.m.), or complete the online form at: nwc.edu/cofrequests. Please also familiarize yourself with the Open Forum guidelines ahead of speaking. The following commands can be entered using your phone's dial pad while in a Zoom meeting:
*6 - Toggle mute/unmute
*9 - Raise hand
PLEASE NOTE: If you join the meeting via Zoom or by phone, you will automatically be muted as you enter the meeting. We request that you remain muted throughout the meeting unless you are addressing the Board during the Citizens’ Open Forum. Should you need to unmute, use the microphone button on the bottom left-hand side of the Zoom meeting screen or *6 by phone.
