Send a horse to college
POWELL, Wyoming — Northwest College is opening its doors to horses. Rik Mettes, the NWC farrier and blacksmithing instructor, said the NWC Farrier Science Program offers an excellent opportunity for horse owners to provide hoof care for their animals while helping farrier students perfect their skills.
