POWELL, WYOMING – Following its overwhelming success during the spring 2025 semester, “Wednesdays Around the World” and “What’s The Tea” are returning to Northwest College this fall with an expanded schedule of weekly events that are open to the entire community.

Wednesdays Around the World features traditional dishes from the home countries of NWC international students, which they prepare and serve in the student center dining hall during lunch. The cost is $9.98 (tax included), or an NWC meal swipe for those on a college meal plan. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and access to all other normal dining amenities and options is included.

A total of 13 countries will be represented throughout the semester, with the complete schedule as follows. There will be no Wednesday event the week of Thanksgiving.

What’s The Tea returns to the schedule on Monday, September 8, allowing visitors to sample a selection of teas from a variety of countries represented by NWC international students. The free weekly event is scheduled from 2 to 3 p.m. inside the front entrance of the student center. There will be no tea sessions during fall recess or the week of Thanksgiving.
