Placement Tests
Northwest College asks for your ACT, SAT, ACCUPLACER and/or ALEKS test scores to make sure you register into classes appropriate for your skill level. Find your ACT/SAT scores below to see if you will need to take an ACCUPLACER Test before you enroll in classes.

Placement Tests at NWC
- Schedule tests in Enrollment Services: 307-754-6015 or Student Center (SC) 203.
- Tests can be scheduled at 9am or 1pm
- $25 for Aleks math placement test and Accuplacer Next Gen English placement test
- Each test can be taken a maximum of 5 times per calendar year
Important
Placement for transfer students is determined by the classes you transfer to Northwest. In some cases, ACCUPLACER and/or ALEKS tests may still be required.
