Mail Services
All outgoing mail is delivered to the post office at 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, with an additional delivery of 3:00 p.m. on Fridays and days prior to the closure of the college for holidays and breaks. Please have any mail that you would like processed the same day to Campus Services prior to those times.
Campus Services is responsible for the processing of the college’s USPS, UPS and Fed-Ex, and printing services. We also allow faculty, staff and students to utilize our services to send or receive both business and personal USPS, Fed-Ex or UPS services.
When a USPS, Fed-Ex express or an UPS package for a faculty, staff or student arrives in Campus Services the college email address that was assigned to you will be emailed to notify the receipt of a package for him/her. Please make sure to check your college email account regularly and look for the subject line of "You have a Package in Campus Services:". If you are expecting a package/letter that has not been received, please check your email or visit us in Room 66 of the Fagerburg Building or call Campus Services at 307-754-6117.
