The Music Department of Northwest College is fully accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music. It offers diverse performance opportunities to students of all majors and provides music majors a complete two-year transfer program. The music technology program gives students an opportunity to prepare for a career in the recording and production areas of music. From orchestra to jazz ensembles to vocal groups or bands, Northwest College has quality, performing ensembles which are typically found only at schools many times its size. Music courses and ensembles are instructed by a music faculty who bring to Northwest College varied backgrounds in education and professional performing experience.
