Archaeological Technician, S.C.

The Archaeological Technician Certificate offers hands-on training through field schools focused on excavation and survey techniques. Students complete six credits of fieldwork—typically through 10-day summer programs in Wyoming—earning a certificate that lists the specific skills they’ve developed. It’s a great option for students interested in archaeology, history, or outdoor fieldwork, and provides practical experience that can support future study or entry-level work in archaeology-related roles.
