P O W E L L, W y o. - The drama of candlelight, a capella and a bell choir will literally ring in the holiday season Wednesday, Dec. 6, when the Northwest College Concert Choir and Powell High School Choir present their annual vespers concert at 7:30 p.m. in the First United Methodist Church at 137 W. Second St. in Powell.

This year's event features the Union Presbyterian Church Bell Choir in a prelude of seasonal music beginning at 7:10 p.m.

The concert opens with a rousing rendition of "Oh Come All Ye Faithful" performed by both the high school and college singing groups. The groups will perform individually and then join voices once again for the closing number "Still, Still, Still."

The program is directed by Jan Kliewer, an assistant professor of music at NWC, and John Miller, the PHS choir director.
