POWELL, Wyo. - After a long winter, Big Horn Basin golfers can get back in their swing at the Trapper Bonanza Golf Tournament Saturday, May 7, at the Powell Golf Club. Entry deadline is Monday, May 2.

Four-person teams will vie for pro-shop dollars plus individual flag prizes for both men and women.

Regardless of handicap, everyone has a shot in the Golf Getaway Raffle. The winner (present or not) receives 18 holes and one night’s accommodations at the Golf Club at Devil’s Tower near Hulett. Tickets are $10 apiece or three for $25.

After 18 rounds, golfers will gather for a buffet lunch, raffle drawing and a chance to collect $500 cash in the Trapper Bonanza Chip Off.

The Trapper Booster Club sponsors the Trapper Bonanza Golf Tournament each year to give area residents an opportunity to get to know the Northwest College coaches and to support the college’s athletic teams, all while indulging in some fun physical activity.

Tee time is 10 a.m. Cost is $90 per player and includes all tournament, green and cart fees; a sleeve of balls; tees and the meal. Additional meal tickets are $10 apiece.
