POWELL, Wyoming — The public is invited to an evening of cultural sights and sounds from the far reaches of Siberia to the bustling streets of Moscow during Russian Night Wednesday, Oct. 5. The program gets underway at 7 p.m. in the Yellowstone Building Conference Center on the Northwest College campus.

Students will introduce their Russian heritage through an array of multimedia presentations of images, traditional dress, music and cuisine.

Russia is the world’s largest country, spanning 11 time zones and more than six-and-a-half million square miles. The nation is home to more than 146 million people, making it the ninth most populous country in the world.
