General OneFile is Gale's largest general-interest database with more than 8,000 titles (most in full text with no embargo), many of which are recommended by Bowker's Magazines for Libraries. We've included the reference, newspaper, and audio content that complements the resource's robust collection of magazines and journals.

Infobase's eBook Collection features thousands of core reference works from acclaimed imprints such as Facts On File, Ferguson's, and Bloom's on a wide range of subjects areas, from history to literature, and more. More titles added over time.

NOTE: You will be prompted to make a free account using either your NWC login and password or a user/pass of your choice. 

IF YOU ARE OFF CAMPUS: Once you are at Kanopy's website, they will ask you to login with your NWC user/pass.  Then you will login with your personal Kanopy login.

IF YOU ARE ON CAMPUS: You must disable the hardware acceleration in Chrome. Go to Settings (clicking on the ... in the upper right hand corner) enter "hardware accel" in the search box, then toggle off "Use hardware acceleration when available". Close Chrome and reopen and go to the Kanopy website.

Provided by the University of Wyoming through the Wyoming State Library, LION is library of English and American poetry, drama and prose, full-text literature journals, and other key criticism and reference resources. Provided through Proquest. Scroll down to Literature Online and login with your NWC library card and PIN.

Pop Culture Collection provides access to scholarly journals and magazines that both analyze and contribute to popular culture. The database offers useful information for researchers in social science, history, art or liberal arts courses.

Popular Magazines provides access to the most searched magazines across the InfoTrac products. All of the titles are selected based on actual publication searches performed by library patrons and the database includes many titles recommended by Bowker's "Magazines for Libraries".

Pronunciator is from a Wyoming-based company whose software supports language learning for 87 languages and also includes English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction in 52 languages. In addition to self-guided learning, the service features live online conversation classes led by teachers and support for K-12 teachers and university professors who teach languages.

Includes Proquest Central. Provided through the Wyoming State Library by the University of Wyoming Library. ProQuest Central is now part of ProQuest One Academic. The largest collection of full text articles available to libraries. ProQuest covers more than 150 subject areas and has full text coverage of the Wall Street Journal and L.A. Times.

Primarily focused on K-12 teachers, this free publication also provides news and articles on: Ed Tech Trends, STEM, Artificial Intelligence, Special Needs, Professional Development, IT, and Esports.  You may subscribe (free) and have articles pushed to your own email account.

The database includes over 140 titles, with more than 115 available in full text. Search more than 600,000 records, dating back to the early 1990's.
