NOTE: You will be prompted to make a free account using either your NWC login and password or a user/pass of your choice. IF YOU ARE OFF CAMPUS: Once you are at Kanopy's website, they will ask you to login with your NWC user/pass. Then you will login with your personal Kanopy login. IF YOU ARE ON CAMPUS: You must disable the hardware acceleration in Chrome. Go to Settings (clicking on the ... in the upper right hand corner) enter "hardware accel" in the search box, then toggle off "Use hardware acceleration when available".
