There are good reasons to commit some serious time and energy to the financial aid and scholarships application process:
- It's probably the highest-paid work you’ll ever do (where else can you get $1,000 an hour for simply filling out an application?)
- You’re not a child anymore; you can be left behind (you will not get money if you miss deadlines or don’t fill out applications completely)
- You’re expected to pay full tuition, fees, room and board on the first day of classes (that’s the day you’ll be glad you did all the work to get financial aid and scholarships)
Starting early can earn you more money because most NWC financial aid and scholarships are handled on a first-come, first-awarded basis.
