All campus buildings are open to the public; face coverings and social distancing required.
Area residents are encouraged to lace up their tennis shoes and join the Johnson Fitness Center for the “Fitness Friday” series. This Friday's event, which gets underway at noon on Feb. 22 will be a fitness class mixer. The class will be held in the Johnson Fitness Center in the Trapper Gym.
Fitness Fridays will alternate between presentations by area professionals and exercise classes. Presentation topics will include information about body building, weight loss, proper exercise technique and form, terminology, designing workout programs and more. All Fitness Friday events are free and open to the public.
