The Northwest College women’s basketball team finished on opposite ends of the scoreboard over two home games last weekend. The highs and lows came via an 87-49 victory over Dawson Community College on Friday before an 87-53 defeat against Salt Lake Community College on Saturday.

Women's Hoopers Fall After Physical Weekend
A difficult, physical weekend saw the Northwest College women’s basketball team’s win streak snapped at five. The Trappers lost a second half lead and fell to Lake Region State College 58-54 on Friday, before losing to a team of local All-Stars made up of former college and high school players 54-42 on Saturday.

Women's Basketball Sweeps North Idaho
Playing the same team twice in three days and winning both games is difficult. The Northwest College women’s basketball team did just that, defeating North Idaho College 75-66 on Thursday and 77-73 on Saturday to complete a 3-0 season sweep.
