Eric Wilmeth, M.S., CSCS

Background

After graduating from Northwestern College in 2001, Eric Wilmeth worked as a personal trainer, interned with the University of Minnesota Strength and Conditioning program, and earned his NSCA - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist qualifications.

In addition to his role of instructor in the Physical Education, Health & Kinesiology Department, Eric is also an assistant football coach for the Eagles, strength and conditioning coach for all NWC sports, and is the Director of the Eagle Success Program.

Eric is married to Beth Wilmeth, head volleyball coach and senior women’s administrator at Northwestern and together they have three children: Jeriah, Elias and Jadyn.
