The Department of World Languages offers classes in both language acquisition and communication. Courses prepare students to teach English to speakers of other languages. Courses also prepare students to understand and communicate with speakers of Chinese and Spanish.

Spanish Study Abroad Programs

Spanish students spend a semester in Seville, Spain through the Semester in Spain program and students also have the opportunity to study abroad through the Latin American Studies Program in Costa Rica.
