In an on-campus medical emergency
- First dial 911 (some campus phones require dialing a 9 first)
- Then, contact Public Safety: 651-631-5310 (x5310 on campus), following the College's standard emergency procedures
Any charges incurred by ambulance services or another medical facility are the responsibility of the student.
After Hours Non-Emergency
When Health Services is closed, basic first-aid supplies and thermometers are available in the residences and may be obtained by contacting a Resident Asssistant or the Resident Director on duty.
Resident Director (RD) on duty
Call the Robertson Student Center desk, 651-631-5307.
Serious illnesses or injuries must be immediately reported to the Resident Director (RD) on duty. As needed, the Resident Director will assist the student in contacting appropriate family members and/or medical personnel, coordinating transportation to the healthcare facility, etc. If transportation to a healthcare facility is needed and the situation is not life-threatening, the student is primarily responsible to arrange his/her own transportation.
