Faith Radio launches first-ever online station in Des Moines

August 18—The Faith Radio Network (a ministry of Northwestern College) is excited to announce the launch of its first-ever online-only radio station in Des Moines, Iowa. The station broadcasts Faith Radio programming 24/7 and also utilizes local imaging, news, weather, and other information.

The broadcast schedule includes well-known ministers from around the country such as Chuck Swindoll, Greg Laurie, and David Jeremiah, as well as great programs on family life and finances, such as Focus on the Family, Money Wise with Howard Dayton, and Homeword with Dr. Jim Burns.

Faith Radio regular programming

  • Start the morning with news and special guests on Mornings with Michelle and Ted.
  • At noon listen for Connecting Faith, an hour-long discussion on the issues of the day with authors, pastors, Bible professors, or other guests who will help understand how to live out faith in the marketplace and daily life.
  • At 3 p.m., Live the Promise is on with author and speaker Susie Larson. She encourages listeners to have a strong an active walk of faith, and each weekday has guests and friends while taking calls from listeners.
  • New! Tune in to the brand new weekend program: Dr. Bill Maier Live at 11 a.m. on Saturdays. The Focus on the Family contributor is on every weekend talking on the intersection with family and contemporary culture, as well as Dr. Maier’s parenting tips and family advice.
