Raymond C. Kuntz serves as the President of Pareo, Inc. Prior to founding Pareo, Inc. in 1994, Kuntz served in various management positions across a 20+ year career with IBM. During this time, he held positions in marketing management, branch management, revenue planning, and served as the Business Unit Executive for IBM's consulting and services business in the Upper Midwest. Currently, in addition to his Pareo interests, he serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Northwestern College and Media.

Over the past several years, Kuntz has served on the advisory committee of a Minneapolis-based bank and the boards of several faith-based, non-profit organizations. He and his company team actively support multiple, community, non-profit programs. He is an active supporter of humanitarian causes and has traveled to Eastern Europe, Asia, and Africa in support of humanitarian projects.

Kuntz has BS and MS degrees from the University of Illinois/Urbana and has taken post graduate courses at Harvard University.

Kuntz and his wife, Jill, live in Plymouth, Minn. where they enjoy their two adult daughters and their families. His outside interests include boating, exercise and travel.
