Long-term Lodging Guest Information

We are excited to have you staying on our beautiful campus. Below you will find some general information to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Apartment Furnishings

Each apartment is furnished with single beds, dressers, desks and chairs, kitchen table, couch and telephone. High Speed internet is available in these apartments. Garage space is available for rent. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. are not provided. Some of the items you may want to bring include:

  • Linens (twin size bedding, pillows and bath towels)
  • Reading lamp (apartments are furnished with other lamps)
  • Pots and pans
  • Dishes (plates, bowls, cups)
  • Flatware
  • Personal address and telephone directory
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Television
  • Microwave, toaster or coffee pot
  • Lawn chair for your patio, if you are on the second floor
  • BUG SPRAY!
  • You will also need to rent or purchase a laundry card to use in our laundry facilities

Maid Service

Guests staying under the short-term lodger's rate are provided with maid services and linens. This includes blankets, sheets, pillows and towels. Towels are changed and the trash is emptied every other day. Sheets are changed and the room is cleaned once a week if guests are staying with us for more than one week.

Laundry Facilities

Washers and dryers are located in each building. The cost is $1.00 per load. Laundry cards can be rented at the Robertson Student Center desk.

Postal Service

Long-term lodgers will be given a key for a Mail Center box so you may pick up your mail at the Mail Center, located on the first floor of the Billy Graham Community Life Commons. Upon your arrival you may go to the Mail Center to get your key and pick up any mail that has been forwarded to you. Please remember that your mail should be addressed as follows:

Summer Mail Center hours are:
Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

Mail leaves at 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. weekdays. UPS and overnight services are available, as well as a fax machine, for which there is a charge for any long-distance faxes.

Campus Services

An ATM is located on the first floor of Nazareth Hall near the elevator.

Permits are not required in parking lots on campus but are required for handicapped and faculty/staff parking privileges.

Recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked on campus; however, living in them is not permitted. A list of RV parks is located at the Robertson Student Center desk.

Bernsten Library is available for guests to use while they stay on campus.

The cashier’s office is located in Riley Hall. They will cash checks up to a specific daily minimum, with proper identification.

Robertson Student Center

The Student Center has computers, high speed Internet access and a printer/photocopying machine.

There are a number of medical facilities within miles of our campus. If an emergency should arise, the Student Center Desk has a list of locations and directions to each facility.
