Creating a Change Culture

In many ways Christianity can be summed up in one word – transformation. The scriptures are packed with examples of people’s lives and cultures being transformed. God desires that change be a part of our lives therefore, Christians should be role models to the world on how to handle change. Yet often when change happens, we tend to be the most resistant to it. We will explore how to handle and deal with change in our own lives and then how to help lead others through the change process.

Creating a Service Culture

Jesus said to be great we must become a servant of all. We all have a role of serving others at Northwestern. This two-hour session will look at what service looks like, how to cultivate a culture where service is valued, and our role as leaders to sustain.
