In this session you’ll learn the basic principles of effective meeting management so that time is well spent and productive. You’ll receive training on basic tools and techniques to dealing with agenda items, difficult personalities and making sure proper accountability is assigned. Basic Communication Skills for ManagersCommunication is the key to being effective in any arena of life and work. This session will utilize a communication styles tool so you can learn how your communication style impacts others. You’ll learn how to effectively communicate with other styles, as well as learn effective listening techniques. Time will be also spent learning the basics of effective written communication principles. |
