Just A Few Eagle Scholars Achievements
- Two Eagle Scholars have conducted cutting-edge research on nanoscience with the Center for Nanointegration at the University of Duisburg-Essen in Essen, Germany.
- Three Eagle Scholars have received Fulbright Scholarships to teach overseas.
- Several students intern at the Minnesota State Capitol.
- Matt ’12 obtained a 12-week paid summer position studying biochemistry and cell biology for the National Science Foundation Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program with the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution in Massachusetts.
- Micah ’11 won Best Student Film in 2010 from the International Christians in Visual Media.
- Lauren ’11 was accepted into the UCLA Animation MFA program (one of 12 accepted out of 200 applicants) and worked on a research team building a social learning robot for preschool classrooms to aid in teaching vocabulary.
