Northwestern College Bible Institute

The Northwestern College Bible Institute (NBI) is an innovative educational ministry of Northwestern College strategically partnering with churches in the Twin Cities metro area to provide sound Bible teaching to the community. The NBI offers adult believers an affordable opportunity to study fundamentals of the faith, Bible, and ministry. The Institute's three program tracks are designed to educate, encourage and equip believers in their personal walk with Christ and future ministry.

From its humble beginning with one site in 2000, the NBI has expanded to three sites in the Twin Cities. Classes are taught in English and Spanish; language varies by location. More than 1,500 people have taken a course at the Northwestern College Bible Institute (formerly the Urban Bible Institute). The NBI is under the direction of Dr. Fred Iglesia, Assistant Professor of Biblical & Theological Studies.
