The Northwestern College Bible Institute offers 3 program tracks to choose from: Walk Thru the Bible Certificate, Diploma in Bible, and Diploma in Ministry. These non-credit Bible classes for adults range from Christian growth courses for new believers to leadership development for mature believers. The courses span from introductory classes that strengthen personal faith to more extensive study that sharpens ministry skills. The required courses are listed below and course descriptions are online. Not ready for the classroom yet? The NBI offers 2-3 week seminars on life topics--such as marriage or spiritual gifts assessment--which are a great way to "get your feet wet" before taking the plunge into an NBI program track. In order to receive a Diploma in Bible, you must complete the seven core courses and three electives. Graduates will receive a certificate and can participate in a cap-and-gown graduation ceremony at Northwestern College. Students who have successfully completed all 10 courses (7 core courses and 3 electives) for the Diploma in Bible will be awarded the following 10 semester credits after matriculating into Northwestern College and successfully completing their first semester* of a Traditional Undergraduate, Undergraduate Online Learning, or FOCUS Degree Completion program.
