Northwestern College professors are respected and accomplished as scholars, teachers, performers, communicators, authors, counselors, pastors, missionaries and more. Each brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the classroom. And as fellow believers, they also bring their faith and relationship with the Lord into the learning experience, teaching their subjects from a biblical worldview.
No two professors are alike, but they all share a common bond in Jesus Christ and a desire to equip the next generation of world-changers to grow both intellectually and spiritually, to excel in their chosen field, and to develop the wisdom to lead in the places to which God will call them. Our professors truly care about each student and desire to get to know you, mentor you, encourage you and challenge you.
Students admit there’s nothing quite as special as learning in a Christ-centered environment where their professors truly care about each student and get to know them, and have the freedom to pause before class to pray and share God’s Word.
