• Do not use this form if you wish to participate in an online degree program. Please complete the Undergraduate Online Learning Application Form and submit using the instructions on that form.
• Do not use this form if you are a current NWC student or have previously taken an online course. Please send an e-mail to uol@nwc.edu from your NWC e-mail account to let us know you are ready to start the registration process. The $30 registration fee is waived for NWC students.
