Ray graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, and a PhD in Industrial Management from California Coast University. Ray retired from IBM after 26 years as a Senior Engineer. He was an Adjunct Professor in the graduate school at Florida Atlantic University for three years, teaching automated manufacturing and robot applications, and has been an Adjunct Professor at Northwest College for the past three years, teaching a variety of engineering, programming, and math classes.
