The information may help employers to review management policies and practices, understand actions needed to comply with legal requirements and prevent or limit potential liability from charges of employment discrimination. She'll focus on the do's and don'ts of hiring and firing as well as harassment prevention, recognition and employer responsibilities.

In her position as compliance officer, Fox advises the public, workforce centers, attorneys, employers and others concerning labor laws and unfair and illegal employment practices.
