POWELL, Wyo. - "Improve Business Success Through Follow-up" is the May topic for the Northwest College Centers for Training and Development Luncheon Series. They're scheduled Tuesday, May 19, in Cody and Thursday, May 21, in Powell.

The one-hour program gets underway in both communities at noon, with networking opportunities starting at 11:45 a.m. The Cody session meets Tuesday, May 19, in Room 2206 of the NWC Cody Center, located in the Park County Complex. In Powell, the group convenes Thursday, May 21, in the Center for Training and Development on the Northwest College West Campus.

Lorilyn Beck, an academic affairs office assistant at Northwest College will show how to increase referrals and boost revenues, customer loyalty and retention by using personal greeting cards to follow up with business contacts. She'll explain the power of sending unexpected cards, showing how this relatively easy and inexpensive philosophy can increase connectiveness, making a business stand out above local and Internet competitors.

Cost is $5 per person, which includes both the program and a lunch.  Seats must be reserved at least one day prior to the event. To make a reserveation for the Cody program, e-mail Janet or call (307) 587-3506. To reserve a spot in Powell, e-mail Stacy or call (307) 754-6062.
