POWELL, Wyo. - Kathy Crookshanks will show supervisors how to coach their staff for improvement in a Wednesday morning class April 17 at the Northwest College Cody Center for Training and Development.

Crookshanks, who recently received the Cody Country Chamber of Commerce’s Si & Corky Cathcart Friend of Business Award, will share proven tools and techniques to foster morale and productivity by addressing performance and work habit issues in a firm, fair and consistent manger.

She’ll show how to encourage workers to take responsibility for addressing unacceptable performance or work habits, and how to keep performance and work habit problems from growing unmanageable. She’ll also give tips for building a work group that is committed to effective performance.

The one-time class meets from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and costs $69 per person.
