Former U.S. Sen. NWC nearly doubled the occupancy available in Simpson Hall with the addition that was finished just in the nick of time to accommodate this year's steep enrollment increase. The construction, funded by $5.3 in revenue bonds, added 76 suite-style rooms to the hall and came in under budget.
