Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management
The greatest assets in any organization are the people who work there. Successful organizations are intentional in their efforts to manage and develop the skills of people in the workplace, and a career in human resources can put you in a key position to contribute to the organization’s efforts in this area.

A Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from FOCUS prepares you to address questions that emerge in every organization or company. You will learn from talented professors with real experience who share their knowledge and practical solutions to today’s human resource issues. You’ll study employment law, business ethics, recruiting and selection techniques, best practices for compensation and benefits and more—all within a Christian context.

Including your previously earned college credits, the Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management is granted upon completion of 125 credits in core curriculum, major requirements, and electives. A minimum of 30 credits and half of your upper-level credits must be earned at Northwestern.
