What is PSEO / Early College

Graduate & Continuing Education (GCE) offers two different programs that allow high school juniors and seniors a chance to jump start their college career. What are they? PSEO and Early College.

The Post-Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) program allows Minnesota public, private, and home-school juniors and seniors to complete courses for both high school and college credit. Tuition costs are paid by the State of Minnesota for any eligible general education courses, and materials are provided on a loan basis.

Early College offers college courses to qualified high school juniors and seniors anywhere. Students in this program can take general education, Bible or summer courses. Tuition is offered at a deeply discounted rate, and materials are provided on a loan basis.

Students may be enrolled in PSEO and Early College concurrently.
