Friends,
The fact that you are on this web page probably means that you work with youth and that you have a huge passion to see Christ at work in the lives of the young people under your care.
As Church Relations Coordinator for Northwestern College, my heart beats with yours – I’m a pastor, too! I can guarantee you that our desire at NWC is to continue building on the foundation that you have begun and worked so hard to develop in the lives of your students. We are 100 percent committed to preparing students to fully – and biblically – engage the post-modern culture of our world.
We don’t want our students to merely survive “out there” in the world – we want them to thrive!
It is always heart-breaking for me to watch a student who I have discipled in high school now struggle in their spiritual journey during the formative college years. It doesn’t have to be that way. However, I think it takes a real team effort to help them be successful.
I want to connect with youth workers for the sake of the students and for the sake of the Kingdom. I would appreciate the chance to get to know you and to hear what God is doing in and through you. I also want to know what specific things Northwestern College could do or provide to enhance your ministry in the local church.
Give me a call or shoot me an email and let’s get together for coffee or lunch. I’ll buy! (What youth worker can pass up a freebie?) Talk to you soon!
Serving the King together,
Tim Elrod
