Why Northwestern?
I actually feel Northwestern chose me. When I graduated high school in 2003, I never even gave Northwestern a look. I was not a believer, and over time, I started realizing the truth, and accepting the Lord into my life. Once I did that everything fell into place. I knew a couple of people who were hired at NWC and I was encouraged by them to give NWC a look. I have loved every moment of it.

Favorite class
Marketing. Dr. Erickson is a phenomenal professor and the class is a lot of fun and focuses on all learning habits.

Best NWC-sponsored missions/service/travel experience
FLORIDA!!! Our baseball team traveled to Florida for baseball and the fellowship with your brothers is simply amazing. You go down as a team and you come back as a family. The bond you make is simple amazing and you can see the Lord's hand over you while you are down there.

Best place on campus
The Admissions visit office. It is so much fun, i really enjoy just walking in and visiting with who is working. You are always guaranteed a smile and a laugh.

“I’ll never forget…”
The van rides while our team was in Florida! The jokes and conversations we had were just memorable. Just being able to trust your brothers in Christ is simply amazing. I cannot put it into words how I feel when I'm with the guys!

“To me, NWC means…”
Life encouragement, family, fellowship, prayer. The Lord. The Body of Christ. To Me NWC has given me another chance at life and better perspective to what my role in the world is. I have learned to appreciate the small things in life, and what it means to give to the people and the community that has given so much to me.

After graduation…
I would really like a job where I can work and interact with people because that's what I love to do.
