Obtain your official transcripts
Step 5: Focus Online Application -- Obtain Official Transcripts
Please have these official items sent to the address below.
- An official high school transcript or an official record of GED scores.
- Official transcripts from all colleges at which you have previously registered/attended
- Official or 'true copy' transcripts for coursework completed in the military (DD214)
To be "Official", documents must be forwarded in a sealed envelope from the granting institution.

A spot will be reserved for you in the learning group you choose if all official transcripts are in and your file is complete by December 1 for spring session I enrollment, March 1 for spring session II enrollment, or August 1 for fall enrollment. Reservations are accepted after these dates if space is available. We encourage you to complete your file as soon as possible.
