Dr. Glenny received her B.A. from Pillsbury Baptist Bible College, and her M.B.C. and Ed.D. from the University of St. Thomas. She has been at Northwestern since 1993 and teaches in both the business and communications departments.

Her husband, Dr. Ed Glenny, is also a professor at Northwestern in the Bible Department. They have two daughters, both of whom graduated from Northwestern College.
