Mr. Ronald Halverson

Ronald R. Halverson, Shoreview, Minn., is senior vice president of marketing for NWQ Investment Management Co. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and received a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) certification from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Halverson spent 20 years with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. He has been a Bible teacher for a Hmong ministry since 1979, and is a board member of New Horizons Foundation. As a teenager, he worked weekends at KTIS.

He and his wife, Joyce, have five children. Steve and his wife, Eileen, have two children. Jonathan and his wife, Kara, have two children; Nancy and her husband, Roger, have two children. The two youngest, Peter and Ana-Maria, are at home. Mr. Halverson enjoys family sports and activities, skiing, running, basketball, soccer, reading and travel.

Mr. Halverson has served on the Northwestern College Board of Trustees since 1999.
