Dayspring   Dayspring center for Christian Studies

Northwestern College has entered into a partnership with Dayspring Center for Christian Studies in Boulder, Colorado, to offer a variety of Northwestern College courses in Colorado. These courses are accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, and have been approved by the Colorado Commission on Higher Education. The credits earned, then, can be transferred to other universities or colleges.

The Bridge Program is a one-year lower division college program designed for Christian students who plan to enroll in a public university, but first want to learn from Christian professors who engage the academy in dialogue and debate from the perspective of a Christian worldview.

All of these courses are also available to be taken selectively, apart from any degree or certificate-seeking program.

If you are seeking to take Northwestern College classes in Colorado through Dayspring Center for Christian Studies, you have two options:

Option 1
  • If you wish to apply for federal financial aid through Northwestern College, you are required to go through the normal application process for admission to Northwestern. If you wish to complete this program, you must take additional coursework through Northwestern College.
Option 2
  • If you do not wish to apply for federal financial aid through Northwestern College, you simply need to complete the Dayspring Student Information Form or request a separate application form from Dayspring Center for Christian Studies for their Bridge Program (e-mail your request to:office@dayspringcenter.org). If you desire, instead of the Dayspring Student Information Form, you may complete the entire Northwestern College application as mentioned in the above paragraph.
