Northwest College

Student Travel & Adventure

Field Studies

Field-study courses deepen participants' understanding of history, culture, arts, language, key events, and the environment of another region or country.

This is a great opportunity for supervised travel.  It is helpful to have an experienced guide in a unfamiliar location, especially if there is a foreign language spoken.  It is nice to have the security of fellow students with you.  For students who are hesitant to travel, trips such as these help in the planning - travel, lodging, meals, etc.  Group rates help make trips relatively affordable, plus students get college credit!   NWC Field Studies are safe, affordable, educational, and fun.  Plan to join us!

Courses are offered during weekends, Winter Holiday, Spring Break, and summer months.
