The Stothart First Friday Readings

The Stothart First Friday Readings are an informal 'open mic' setting.  Students, faculty, and community members are invited to come together to read, hear and celebrate the creative expressions of individuals through poetry, fiction, essays, and songs. The readings always start at noon, every first Friday of the month and end by 12:50 in the Hinckley Library Amphitheater.  The readings are held during the academic school year.

These readings are named in honor of Robert Stothart, Assistant Professor of English, for his years of commitment, time, and energy to these monthly readings and the students of Northwest College.
